The Anahatha Mini-Retreat is a one-day retreat (about 6 hours). In this retreat, we create a safe and sacred space for the participants to get centered and connected with their inner voice. We experience different individual and group exercises and meditations. The goal of the one-day retreat is to help you get reconnected, recommitted and recharged for your journey. The next Anahatha Mini-Retreat is coming in February, get ready to experience the Heart Energy!
The Anahatha Power of a Pause is a 3 hour interactive workshop. In this workshop the participants will experience different meditative techniques to help find their center and inner peace. In this half day workshop participants will leave with a deeper connection with the self and heightened awareness on many levels.
